I have two stacks of papers sitting in our office. One is for adoption with Children's Hope International, and one is for the Center for Assisted Reproduction. I got up this morning and picked up the second stack of papers. The lady I talked to last summer called me back, and we're set up for an appointment on Tuesday, January 27th at 10AM with Dr. Nackley. Now I just have to finish filling out the paperwork, and it looks like we might actually get in on an IVF study. Wow!

I love my husband!
Thanks for all the anniversary wishes. Aaron got me flowers, a massage (for both of us) and we went to Ruth's Chris for dinner last night. They put hearts on our table, and we got a yummy dessert for free...the best kind!

When I was a kid we had a german shepherd named, Ashley. For some reason I liked to dress her up. Poor dog! I always knew I was a dog person, so thank goodness Aaron is too!

Black Eyed Peas
Happy New Year, and don't forget to eat your black eyed peas for good luck! I finished the book, Marley & Me yesterday, and then we went to see the movie.
Both were good...I even want to read John Grogan's new book. I will warn you, the story is sad, and you might want to bring some Kleenex with you if you go see the movie!

New Toys
This is my first time blogging from our new laptop computer! I also got an ipod nano that I still need to fill up with songs. Am I behind the times or what? We had a great holiday, we've seen lots of movies, and we even went with Aaron's family on Christmas night to see Annie at the Bass Hall. It was so good! Here are some of my favorite pictures I wanted to share :)
Oh, I almost forgot, I got a flip video camera from my parents. I tried it out Christmas morning!

Holiday Fun
I'm getting in the Christmas spirit, visiting friends and family, and drinking lots of Starbucks :) I met my friend Becca the other day after work. I love her pregnant belly...she's having twin boys in a couple of months!
Katie made a snowman ornament at her Christmas party.

Yesterday afternoon I took Rudy to the dog park. What fun!
