Asian Slaw

This is one of our favorite salads! You will need:
2 pkgs. (3 oz. size) beef flavored ramen noodle soup mix
2 pkgs. coleslaw mix (8.5 oz. size)
1 cup toasted sliced almonds
1 cup sunflower kernals
1 bunch green onions-chopped

Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 white vinegar

In a large bowl, place slaw mix, toasted almonds, sunflower kernals, and chopped green onions. Whisk together contents from ramen noodle flavor packets, sugar, oil, and vinegar. Pour over slaw. Cover and chill for 24 hours. Right before serving, crush the ramen noodles and add to slaw. Toss before serving. What are some of your best salad recipes?

I have a favorite jello salad.

Small box of orange jello
small box tapioca pudding (cook kind)
small box vanilla pudding (cook kind)
3 cups boiling water
small container of cool whip
small can crushed drained pineapple
large can drained mandarin oranges

Mix jello and pudding mixes with hot water til all is dissolved and mixed. Let sit overnight. Mix cool whip in and then mix drained fruit in.
