Smoked Sausage

Smoked Sausage:
1 lb. Eckrich Smoked Sausage
1 cup Hickory-Flavored Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup Honey
2 tbs.  Brown Sugar

Cut sausage in 1/2 inch pieces.  Brown in skillet.  Place in crock pot.  Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over sausage and cover.  Cook on Low for 2 hours and serve over rice.  Or, I always liked this meal with Mac & Cheese as a kid!  Any other yummy crock pot recipes?

I'm going to have to try this one! The kids loooove sausage! I have probably already told you this one but chicken breasts and hot sauce in the crock pot on high for 4 hours or low for 6 is the best! It turns into shredded chicken that you can serve in burritos, on nachos or in a soup. Yummy!
