Chicken Casserole

1 can chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
chopped onions (optional)
1 cup macaroni
salt & pepper
1/4 cup grated cheese

Cook macaroni in about 4 cups of water for 10 minutes or until tender.  While this is cooking, mix together other ingredients.  Drain macaroni and then stir into mixture.  Sprinkle with cheese and bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.  I plan on doubling this recipe so we have more leftovers!
